mindfulness Training

Starts Wed., March 12th @ 7PM at Church

Every Wed for 8 weeks.

To register or if you have any questions, please text

Jean at (973) 670-2085.

If you:

  • are struggling with big emotions like grief, anxiety, negativity, or being overwhelmed…
  • need help to better process adverse experiences and situations…
  • would like to improve the quality of your relationships…
  • crave some peace in your life…

…we invite you to join us for a series of mindfulness training sessions.

Mindfulness is a mental discipline with spiritual impact.

Mindfulness helps calm the mind, bring awareness to the body, and experience feelings in a way that help us connect emotionally and spiritually to ourselves and to those around us.

This training will offer a combination of:

·       learning the techniques

·       practicing in a group setting

All sessions will be held at the church.

There is no charge to register or attend. There will be a free-will offering taken, and contributions are welcome.

Please feel free to bring a friend you think may benefit.
